Scheduled for release on August 21, Hoops is the new Netflix animated series.
Created by Ben Hoffman, Hoops portrays the life of ‘coach’ Ben Hopkins, a frustrated basketball coach who tries to organize a basketball team to win and reach the big league. The character is voiced by actor and comedian Jake Johnson, known for the success of the American series, Stumptown. Another actor who will participate in the series is Rob Riggle (SNL), who will voice Ben Hopkins' father, Barry Hopkins, a former professional athlete who places all his expectations on his son.
The series bets on humor and criticism and is not recommended for children.
