The supposed plot of the new Space Jam, has made landfall on the Internet. According to its writer and director, Ben Mekler, LeBron must navigate a world never before imagined, full of scenes from iconic films and characters, additionally, he will be accompanied by 'Tune Squad' to unravel mysterious plans and win a feared basketball game, just like Michael Jordan and Tune Squad did in Space Jam 1, when they defeated The Monstars.
The film, which is scheduled for release on July 16, 2021, features NBA players such as Klay Thompson, Anthony Davis, Damian Lillard, Chris Paul and Kyle Kuzma and WNBA as Diana Taurasi, Nneka Ogwumike and Chiney Ogwumike.
Malcolm D. Lee is in charge of both direction and production, while Black Panther director Ryan Coogler, Duncan Henderson, Maverick Carter and LeBron James are the producers.
