We already know that the talent of the brothers Lonzo Ball, LaMelo and LiAngelo is undoubtedly indisputable. We also know that the father's overprotective stance, LaVarBall divides opinions, especially with regard to his 'meddling' in the children's careers and, not least, the certainty that he would see his 'boys' conquering all around the American basketball league that is, the NBA.
Well, LaVar did it, and his first win was with Lonzo, an owner revealed by UCLA and second choice in the first round of the NBA Draft in 2017 by the Los Angeles Lakers and currently representing the New Orleans Pelicans.
LaMelo Ball, was the second to achieve that. After his excellent performance at the 'Chino Hills High School' and decided to give up college basketball to represent the Australian basketball league team Illawarra Hawks, the NBL, the young winger was the third choice in the first round by Charlotte Hornets in the NBA 2020 Draft.
When everything was already good enough for the overprotective father, things were about to get better. His middle son, LiAngelo, would become the youngest player in the Detroit Pistons for a year under an unsecured contractual clause, meaning there are chances of non-renewal after termination. The small forward, is also a child of ‘Chino Hills High School’ and was also featured in the University league, representing UCLA Bruins of UCLA.
Well, it looks like LaVar Ball's prophecy came true.
