Kyrie Irving has been ramping up his physicals this week in order to make a great come back, at least that what the Brooklyn Nets have been hoping for. This anxiety for his return is also due to the fact that most people, even within the Nets, were expecting his return for this Monday against the Milwaukee Bucks, which never happened.
We all know about his quarantine due to a suspicion of Covid-19 contraction, but the mystery remains surrounding his “personal leave of absence” , which was seen as being quite extensive for a player in the middle of a season, and to make matters worse, he was caught on a cellphone camera partying and drinking during his sister’s 30th birthday, without practicing social distancing and with no masks of any sort.

Apparently, it caused some turmoil in the franchise’s administration when Joe Vardon twitted that Steve Nash didn’t know why Irving was missing the games and the reason behind his leave. Let’s not forget that the video footage surfaced right after he was gone for “personal related matters”.
