After his teammate, Fred Van Vleet, it is now Norman Powell's turn to sign his contract with a tennis brand, and it’s AND1. The athlete who played for UCLA, and was selected in the draft in the 46th choice in 2015 and who was also champion in 2019 has an average of 19 points in the season, in addition to being a key player in the rotation and also being one of the most explosive players of the Toronto Raptors.

The announcement happened a few days ago and places the player as a great symbol of one of the most authentic and culturally rich brands in the game.

This is the Attack 2.0 model of the brand that has been used by the player since the beginning of the season and bears his logo and the initials "UTG" from the expression Understand The Grind. The edition is scheduled to launch in two different colorways at the Foot Locker store, exclusively in Canada.

This contract means a lot to the player, mainly due to the connection he had with the brand in his childhood and his Instagram announcement reflected that: “The Grind turns childhood dreams into reality. Excited and blessed to be a part of the @and1 family.”
