Ramona had an astounding performance in the final game of the WABA League, also known as the Adriatic League, last weekend. In addition to winning the championship with Slovenia's ŽKK Cinkarna Celje, the Brazilian player was named MVP of the Final Four, an award given to the best player in the semifinals and finals of the competition.
The Slovenian team beat Buducnost, from Montenegro, at the opponents' home, as the Final Four was held in Podgorica, a city in the Montenegrin country.
Ramona scored 16 points, caught eight rebounds, assisted three times and had two steals in 36 minutes, resulting in a 58-51 win.

In an exclusive contact with Streetopia, the Brazilian player spoke about her performance: “It's the reward for an entire arduous season, seven months away from home and family. I was very happy for the acknowledgement and also for my team, it wasn’t easy at all winning this championship”.
“We were at the opponents' arena, so they were the favorite team. The Arena was packed. It was a very beautiful evening. I was proud. It gives me more energy to move forward, we see that it was all worth it”, she concluded.
Ramona played in Spain and Bulgaria and was in Sampaio Basquete, of the LBF, before playing in Slovenia.
