Continuing one of the standout collaborations of 2021, the Nike and Patta brands are back with yet another release, the Nike x Patta “The Next Wave” Air Max 1.
In addition to revealing “Dark Russett” with its new color along with the classic embroidered silhouette in the shape of waves, the earth tones model is somewhat representative for bringing African influences through the proverb “Each one Teach one”.
Through this release, Patta hosted a 2-day workshop at Nike's SHAPA Soweto Community Center in southern Johannesburg that will help the "next wave" of creative artists and musicians as well as photographers and fashion designers.
Available from August 12th, the Patta x Nike Air Max 1 “The Next Wave” collection can be found on the respective brands' websites, restricted to the European continent.
